Cooper homes works closely with two local architects who know the local authorities and deal with the planning departments on a daily basis.

Planning can often be the most stressful part of the building project and we can relieve you of this by dealing direct with the planning department on your behalf as your appointed agent.

Once the design has been discussed and approved with you, we then take over all the dealings with the council including all the building regulations, party wall acts and legal issues.

Because of our years of experience dealing with the local authorities, we know what they require and what is and isn't acceptable to them, therefore we achieve much higher and faster approval ratings than if you try and deal with them yourself.
